Rehearsal and Attendance Policies

If you know you will miss a rehearsal, please call the Personnel Manager before the rehearsal, preferably before the Monday of the rehearsal. If you have 2 unexcused rehearsals for any concert, we may get a sub for your part for the concert.

If you are going to miss any rehearsal, please let the Personnel Manager know as soon as possible.  Depending on the concert, we may get a sub for your part for the rehearsal.

Rehearsals begin at 7:00.  Please be ready to play at 7:00.  Rehearsals will usually end by 9:00 and Dress Rehearsals will usually end by 9:30.  The most effective rehearsals are where everyone is in attendance and has practiced their part and are ready to play.  We can have fun while we work to prepare great concerts if everyone is there and prepared!
